Meeting between the Armed Forces Commander and the Prime Minister and Qatari Foreign Minister during his visit to Qatar

During his visit to Qatar, the Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun met with the Prime Minister and Qatari Foreign Minister, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jasem Al Thani, who affirmed his country's continued support for the military institution in order for it to continue its essential role in maintaining the security and stability of Lebanon.
On the other hand, General Aoun expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Prime Minister and, to the Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, for Qatar's various initiatives aimed at supporting the military and enhancing the capabilities of the army in light of the delicate circumstances in Lebanon.
