Visitors of General Aoun

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh the Chief of Defense Staff of Spain, General Teodoro E. Lopez Calderon, accompanied by a delegation in the presence of the Spanish Ambassador to Lebanon, Jesús SANTOS AGUADO, and the Military Attaché Colonel José Luis Jiménez Garófano. They discussed the situation at the southern borders and ways to cooperate between the armies of both countries. General Calderon emphasized the importance of the role played by the army in preserving Lebanon's security and stability during the current circumstances.
